Colombia Los Nogales (200g)
Sweet aromas of milk chocolate and bright citrus unfold into flavors of ripe mango and yellow fruits. Juicy, vibrant, and refreshing, this Yellow Bourbon delivers a layered, fruit-driven cup with lively sweetness and a smooth finish.
FARM: Los Nogales
After winning Colombia’s Cup of Excellence in 2005, the family continued to push forward, focusing on environmental stewardship, research, and quality. Today, Los Nogales stands as a symbol of resilience and excellence, combining tradition with cutting-edge coffee practices.
This terroir is renowned for producing coffees with vibrant acidity, elegant fruit profiles, and deep sweetness, making Huila one of the most prestigious coffee-producing regions in Colombia.

During our visit to Colombia this year, we had the incredible opportunity to explore El Vergel farm and meet the Bayter family, who are the proud owners.
Notably, we established a direct relationship with Shady Bayter, the owner of the Forest company, which imports coffee to Europe.
Thanks to this special connection, we were able to bring this unique Colombian coffee directly to our roastery. It's a testament to the power of personal connections and the journey of our coffee from farm to cup.
