The aroma of freshly brewed coffee filled the air at Technopolis Gazi, as baristas, coffee lovers, and industry professionals gathered for the 8th Hellenic AeroPress Championship that was proudly hosted by KUDU Coffee Roasters.

From early morning preparations to the thrilling final round, the atmosphere was filled with creativity, laughter, and the familiar scent of freshly brewed coffee. Baristas, coffee enthusiasts, and professionals from across the country came together to share ideas, techniques, and their love for the AeroPress, a tool that continues to inspire experimentation and community spirit.


The atmosphere at Technopolis was electric from the very start.
With Spiros Margaritis once again hosting the event and Nikos Salpadimas curating the beats of the day, the energy never dropped, it was all about good coffee, good music, and great people.

Guests moved between brew stations, tasting, chatting, and cheering as Greece’s most passionate baristas showcased their craft. Every round brought new aromas, laughter, and that unmistakable sense of connection that defines the Greek coffee community.


This year’s esteemed judges brought both expertise and enthusiasm to the table:
Thanasis Nikolis, Dimitris Pantelis, Dimitris Karampas, Penny Chalkiadaki, Diego Martinez, and Yiannis Korovesis.
Together, they evaluated each brew for balance, flavor, and creativity, making the competition as inspiring as it was intense.
