Refund policy

At KUDU, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy.

1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers purchasing products online may have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

In the event of withdrawal from the purchase or a return due to a change of mind, the original shipping charges of the order are non-refundable and will be excluded from the refunded amount.

To exercise this right, customers must contact us at: info@kudu.gr before returning any product.

2. Return Conditions

Returned products must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in their original condition
  • Be returned with their original packaging
  • Include all accompanying accessories, manuals and documentation where applicable

3. Non-Returnable Products

For health, hygiene and product integrity reasons, the following products cannot be returned if their packaging has been opened, unsealed or otherwise tampered with:

  • Coffee
  • Tea
  • Chocolate and cocoa products
  • Plant-based milk and beverage products
  • Any other consumable product sold through our store

If such products are returned after being opened or unsealed, KUDU reserves the right to refuse the return.

4. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A defective product
  • A damaged product
  • An incorrect product

Please contact us within a reasonable period after delivery.

In such cases, KUDU will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.

Customers may choose either:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full refund

subject to verification of the issue.

5. Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to a change of mind or withdrawal from the purchase, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For defective, damaged or incorrect products, return shipping costs are covered by KUDU.

6. Refund Processing

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution involved.

7. Subscription Products

Coffee subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the customer's account or by contacting KUDU customer support.

There is no minimum subscription commitment period unless otherwise stated during a specific promotional campaign.
