FARM: Finca Hartmann

BEHIND PRODUCTION
Finca Hartmann is a family-run estate located in Santa Clara, Chiriquí, Panama, with a long tradition in specialty coffee production. Managed by the Hartmann family for generations, the farm focuses on quality, biodiversity and sustainable farming practices. Coffee trees grow under natural shade, surrounded by protected forest areas, allowing slow cherry maturation and consistent cup quality. Every step, from harvesting to processing, is carefully controlled on the farm to preserve clarity, balance and origin character in the final cup.
LOCATION
The farm is situated in Santa Clara, Renacimiento, in the western highlands of Chiriquí, near the border with Costa Rica. Coffee is cultivated at altitudes ranging from approximately 1,300 to 1,500 meters above sea level. The combination of volcanic soils, high humidity and cooler mountain temperatures creates ideal conditions for producing clean, expressive coffees with refined acidity and sweetness.
